This week is all about LOVE. Whether you’re spending time with a significant other, some girlfriends, friends, family or by yourself looking good is always good business. I love the fact that there is a special day set aside to celebrate Love BUT always remember to spread love each and every day no matter the kind of day you might be having and where you may be.
Today’s blog post is all about how to style a skirt for valentine while bumping. As said on my last post, a skirt is a great go-to while pregnant because comfort is key!
If you are looking to hangout or go for dinner this will be a great look as it fits the season. You can go ahead and throw a jacket on this look to stay warm and cozy (Not pictured). I styled this vintage cream top from last blog post by SimplyStyleByJ Vintage Shop with an elastic floral skirt that is thrifted from my local Uptown Cheapskate. I was going for a clean fresh girly look and this floral skirt did it for me. I love the nude look with pop of colors from the floral patterns. I pulled the skirt over my 6months bump and I was ready to hit the town!!!
For your look, you can grab any silk top you may have in your closet and pair with any skirt of choice. A flowy skirt like mine, would be great as it gives a more feminine edge to the look and suites valentines day.
I accessorized with a Pink Teardrop Earring (similar HERE), a drop necklace, some nude heels which are also thrifted from my local Uptown Cheapskate (similar HERE) and a clear purse from TARGET (similar HERE).
